What I know about the parliament.

There are 120 seats for the member of parliament. If you want to vote you would have to be 18 or over to chose the member of the parliament.You would have two votes, The first One, is the party vote, which also means you chose which party you would want to represent the government, also you chose the party that you think is going to win. The second voting is which MP do you want to win your electorate also known as your voting and representing area. They would be representing your area for about 3 years max. In those three years they would be getting big taxes which some of it goes to the government.  Everyone who is a citizen and 18 years and over holds democratic rights which means they can vote  for their leaders which means choosing someone who you think would be a good person to represent your area.

What I like/dislike about lockdown2.0

This is a little something that is telling you on how I felt about Lock down 2.0. To me right now is I am happy that I am going to school seeing my friends and the teachers with their masks on. Please Keep safe and wear a mask and gloves where ever you go.  

 

Black Lives Matter

So the reason why I think this is in the news is because “Black Lives Matter” Jacinda Ardern was really anger because there were people who weren't 1 meter apart. They were all in the group and Jacinda Ardern said that “There might be another wave of corona virus. There was three cops who was arrested because they had killed an man, There was an man who was laying down on the floor and the cop was on top of him with his knee on his neck. The man had left his knee of his neck for nearly 10 minutes and and before the man was arrested he had died.

My story on the three words of Prepare, Gift, Travels/trip

I have prepared myself and my sibling to go down the line with my mum’s side family, because one of my cousin’s had passed away. And I had prepared her a gift to go with her on her journey. My Aunt and Uncle and my parents all made sure that  we would all have had something to eat before we left to go down the line. They also prepare money for when we need more food like bread and milk and ect. And that was our travel down the line.

The DNA from Nathan and Oscar

This is what i have learnt from watching a little film with my class
They went around the world to see where they have came 3000 years ago
They have went to Aotearoa, Cook Island, Samoa and Taiwan.
They send some DNA for them to see where they came from and to Aotearoa to cook island for Nathan DNA and then they went to Samoa to Taiwan for Oscar DNA. And then they found out where they came from 3000 year ago. The part that I have found really interesting was when they found out that they were from an place that we didn't expect.
